Quinoa & Avocado Rolls with Ginger Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Red Quinoa (cooked)
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Pink Himalayan Salt (when cooking quinoa)
  • 1 Nori Sheet
  • Water
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/2 Cucumber
For the Sauce
  • 5 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Brown Rice Miso Paste
  • 1 tbsp Brown Rice Syrup
  • 2 cm Ginger Root grated
  • 1 tsp Black Sesame seeds
